• Convert your existing Outlook, GoldMine, Maximizer, Telemagic, Salesmagic, ACT!, or other database, while retaining all your history, scheduled activities, additional contacts, and custom data.
• Split fields containing City, State, Zip and even Country values into their appropriate fields. The data need not be standardized.
• Standardize Contact, Dear and LastName to how you deal with your clients. Make the Dear field contain Mr./Mrs. LastName, or when the contact name contains 3 or more words, improve the likelihood that Dear and LastName will be accurate through our advanced data analysis routines.
• Accurately Proper Case data using our custom routines to avoid common mistakes such as changing NW to Nw or PO Box to Po Box.
• Standardize company names, replacing Incorporated with Inc. (or visa versa if required), Co, Comp, Company with one standard (you identify) and much, much more.
